Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the items have not been worn or washed.
Ship the Package
Print the provided prepaid shipping label or use the QR code at your nearest drop-off point to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
